Due to COVID-19 shipping on some items may be up 1-3 business days delay as to suppliers have shortage of staff at this time..we appreciate your patience and understanding at this time..and wish everyone to stay safe.

Tracking Info
We generally process orders within an estimated 48 hours on any business day from the date of purchase, after your payment is authorized and verified. (and doesn't include weekends or holidays).Shipping normally 3-5 Days after order has processed, but can be up to 14 days depending on item. When your order has been shipped,(via USPS) you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refund for packages that shows that it has been delivered.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must follow up with the United States Postal Service. King & Queen Lyfe LLC is not responsible for package(s) that shows complete delivery.

Please double check size and color of your clothes carefully before buying ( The specific size will be found on each product's purchasing page). All items come as pictured and described. (size chart help below)

There are no returns or refunds! We accept EXCHANGES ONLY items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) You may exchange merchandise within 2 days of receipt of purchase and receiving your item. . Due to that many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item and If this happens, we will notify you via email, and you will receive store credit only as to you can use towards the item of your choice (of equal value) if the item you are exchanging is no longer available.
(Exchanges are at King & Queen Lyfe LLC discretion and we have the right to say whats acceptable as an exchange)The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
If you refuse any shipments from King & Queen Lyfe LLC, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.

We do not accept cancellations after your order has been shipped, once shipped, only can exchange per our discretion. Free Shipping is offered US Domestic orders $100.00 and over per order.

Pre-Order on shoes will be 5-7 business days and up to two weeks according to how soon shoe gets in.Tracking on pre-orders will be updated constantly with a eta(estimated arrival time)

Shipping on shoes are usually estimated 2 business days and up to 7 business days, but some may take up a little longer depending on stock of shoe or if stocks of the shoe are waiting for restock. Shoes orders will go out on an estimated every Friday, or sooner depending on order date.
